The teaching "interior glide" is based not on an external image to be copied, but on its interior perceptions which make it possible to feel what is favorable or not, by following the physical laws and the respect of the body.
It takes into account the whole of the skier, but by enhancing the bodily aspect (through sensations) to reduce the impact of the mind.
Thanks to a whole range of specific exercises for each skier, we will seek how to gain balance (postural and mental) in confidence and safety, reduce fatigue, and above all increase pleasure, on or off-piste.
