Payment for services

The total cost of our services is due at the time of booking via our platform or our offices. When paying via the internet, please print out your booking.

Discounts

A 10% discount is granted for families (siblings) provided that at least three children are enrolled in the group course at the same time.

Cancellation of a course

All cancellations will be taken into consideration and reimbursed in full if made at least 24 hours in advance in writing and after having purchased the Cours Protect insurance. Otherwise, the full amount will remain due.

Course changes

For private and group lessons, bookings can be changed subject to availability at least 24 hours in advance.

Refunds

Lessons will be reimbursed only in the event of total closure of the ski lifts, or in the event of accident or illness, upon presentation of a medical certificate and purchase of Cours Protect insurance. Lessons will not be refunded or exchanged if the client is absent or late for the lesson.

Lessons

- All ski and snowboard lessons start in front of our meeting points in Plan-de-croix or at the top of the Tronchey chairlift. Please inform yourself of the meeting point the day before or the day of the course.
- The Swiss Ski & Snowboard School Torgon reserves the right to modify bookings at any time. No instructor in a private lesson is assigned to a single person, except for exceptional reasons.
- The Swiss Ski School reserves the right to place children in courses adapted to their level.
- Lessons take place in all weathers, and weather and road conditions are no cause for cancellation or postponement. No refund, postponement or compensation is possible.

Reception area

Our reception area is open according to the posted opening hours. We take children from the age of 1. Rates by the hour, half-day or day. Reservations required. Payment via our website or on site.

Group lessons

Group classes are designed for children aged 2 and over. Classes are held with a minimum of 2 (2 or 3 year-olds) or 4 (3 year-olds) participants. In periods of low demand, the Swiss Ski School reserves the right to group different levels. If there are fewer than 4 people for children's group lessons, the lessons will last 1 hour.

Equipment

Children must wear helmets. We do not supply any equipment. The Swiss Ski School accepts no responsibility for the reliability of participants' equipment. The instructors will not adjust any equipment. We kindly ask you to provide your children with the appropriate equipment.

By enrolling your children in Swiss Ski & Snowboard School courses, you accept the risks associated with skiing. The Swiss Ski & Snowboard School Torgon declines all responsibility in the event of an accident. Participants are responsible for their own accident and liability insurance.
